radingDr. Audrey Boutros is proud to serve the Houston community where she was raised. Inspired by her father, a well-known Houston OB/GYN, Dr. Boutros discovered early on a deep passion for caring for others and followed her dream to change lives—one smile at a time.

She began her academic journey at St. Cecilia Catholic School and St. Agnes Academy. She then earned her undergraduate degree at Baylor University, followed by her dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Boutros completed her specialty training in orthodontics at the University of Texas Dental Branch – Houston, where she received both her certification and a Master’s Degree in Orthodontics.

Since 1999, Dr. Boutros has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontic care. She is an esteemed member of several leading dental organizations, including:

– American Dental Association
– American Association of Orthodontists
– Texas Dental Association
– Greater Houston Dental Society

Known for her energy, compassion, and commitment to her patients, Dr. Boutros creates a fun and welcoming environment where patients of all ages can feel confident and excited about their smile journey.

Outside the office, Dr. Boutros enjoys traveling with her family, reading, lifting weights, and is an avid baker. She’s also known for her love of hip-hop dance and has performed around the Houston area. A proud recipient of honors like Ms. Congeniality and the Team Spirit Award, she brings that same vibrant energy to everything she does—whether it’s treating patients or taking the stage. 

Dr. Boutros treasures time with her family, and treasures the memory of her father, Dr. Peter Boutros, whose legacy of compassionate care continues to inspire her work and dedication to her patient’s every single day.

With over 30 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Monica is a true expert and an essential leader at Boutros Orthodontics. As our Practice Manager and a Certified Dental Assistant, she brings unmatched knowledge, dedication, and heart to every aspect of our practice.

Monica’s career has touched every corner of orthodontics—from clinical assisting and appliance fabrication to front office management, treatment coordination, and patient education. Her deep understanding of both patient care and operations makes her a vital resource to both our team and the families we serve.

One of Monica’s greatest joys is meeting new patients and guiding them through their orthodontic journey. She has a natural gift for helping patients and parents feel informed, supported, and excited about the transformation ahead.

Outside the office, Monica loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, their three daughters, their grandson and granddaughter. Her happy place? Relaxing at the lake with family, creating memories that matter most.

Gabby is one of our skilled Orthodontic Assistant who has been working in the field since 2017. She is RDA certified, OSHA certified, and CPR certified, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every patient interaction. With a true passion for patient care, Gabby strives to make each visit comfortable, informative, and fun.

Her favorite part of orthodontics is witnessing the big reveal—the moment when patients see their new smile for the first time. That transformation and excitement is what drives her love for what she does.

Outside the office, Gabby enjoys an active lifestyle and is a proud dog mom to her golden doodle, Bruno. She loves spending time outdoors and especially enjoys riding 4-wheelers with friends and family. Her friendly nature, clinical skill, and positive energy make her an essential part of our team at Boutros Orthodontics.

Daphne is one of our experienced Clinical Assistants who works alongside Dr. Boutros to help make every patient’s orthodontic experience comfortable, positive, and fun.

With five years of experience in the dental field, Daphne is an RDA-certified, CPR-certified, and OSHA-certified professional. Her favorite part of working at Boutros Orthodontics is getting to be part of those exciting milestone moments—especially when a patient gets their braces removed and sees their new smile for the first time! Seeing their excitement and confidence makes her day.

When Daphne isn’t caring for patients, she loves staying active at the gym, catching the latest movie, and, of course, searching for the best seafood boils Houston has to offer. She also loves spending time with her Chihuahua, Spot, who keeps her busy and entertained at home.

anessa is a vital part of our front office team, serving as both our Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Specialist. With many years of experience in the dental field, she brings a well-rounded understanding of both clinical care and administrative processes. Vanessa holds her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license as well as CPR and OSHA certifications, which allows her to support patients from consultation to completion with both expertise and compassion.

Whether she’s helping patients understand their treatment plans or navigating insurance details, Vanessa is committed to making each step of the orthodontic journey smooth and stress-free. Her friendly, knowledgeable approach helps patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

When she’s not at the office, Vanessa enjoys quality time with her two daughters—especially shopping trips to the mall or singing along to music in the car. On sunny days, you’ll likely find her fishing in Texas City with her husband, soaking up the outdoors and creating lasting memories with her family.

Monica is the friendly face who welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door! As our Front Desk Coordinator, she’s here to make your experience smooth and stress-free—from scheduling appointments to answering any questions you may have. Monica is always ready to help and takes pride in making sure every patient feels informed and comfortable from start to finish.

Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is getting to see the joy and confidence that comes with each patient’s smile transformation. Watching patients achieve their perfect smile is what truly inspires her every day!

Outside of the office, Monica loves spending quality time with her children and discovering new restaurants with friends. She’s a huge sports fan (go Astros!) and is always up for a new travel adventure. Her vibrant energy and caring nature make her a cherished part of our team—and a familiar, welcoming presence for every patient who walks through our doors.
