Insurance Policy

We will be happy to verify if your insurance covers orthodontic treatment. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance and all insurance policies vary.

To help us with your insurance verification and filing, please bring a copy of your insurance card or information to your first visit. Our insurance specialist will review your insurance, determine your benefits, and file your insurance claims once treatment has started.

If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, please contact us with your new insurance information. If your insurance coverage is terminated, the financially responsible party is accountable for all unpaid insurance charges.
